Tacoma Snackbar in Stolberg

I've always been a fan of Tacoma's snack bar. I've known her for over 40 years. Have seen all the changes. There was also a breakdown from time to time, that can happen to anyone. So today too. As a family, we ordered from Tacoma by phone, we drive 25 kilometers each way and look forward to fries with sauce and hamburgers. What did we get Dry fries without the delicious Tacoma sauce. It can happen. But when I called to let them know, I was ridiculed by the owner. No apology, nothing. "There would be worse in the world", quote Making mistakes doesn't matter, but you are measured by how you deal with the complaint. And here the owner has failed, and across the board. I hate to write a negative review, but it had to be here.

Everything good, only recommendable

We have been going there for years. Here you can get some of the best hamburgers at a fair price. In addition, the burgers are well topped with fresh ingredients. The staff is always very friendly and always has a saying in store. The only thing missing are parking spaces. We'd love to come back?.

Super tasty and friendly. The burgers are bombshell. There is still something on it, everything fresh and crisp. We recommend.

Delicious hamburgers with meat loaf

I'm a little torn ... So I had a chicken burger from there. It was very tasty and the price-performance ratio was good. The fries were average, nothing special. I haven't tried the Tacoma Burger yet, but it seems to be something special. The employees were very friendly, but some of them seemed quite inexperienced and helpless / hectic. The ambience / interior fits the concept, but seems somewhat old-fashioned. I also think the writing on the price board is too small.

Hamburger and salad good. Service very friendly despite the stress. But fried potatoes and this schnitzel underground, too bad.

You can safely dump the beefburger in the bin. Has nothing to do with a patty, looks more like a meatball in terms of appearance and taste. Chickenburger still good and tasty. French fries have been lying in the frit rack since the order (waiting 10-15 min) and were then warmed up again in the fat, if I hadn't seen it, I wouldn't have noticed the taste.

New opening! Definitely worth a visit.

Well not my case but nice

Anyone who eats the hamburger there should already know what they are getting into. This is definitely NOT a Leberkäse, more like Jagdwurst or something. You can't eat too often, but it's always delicious.

The famous hamburgers with the special paties taste like they did back then. I was disappointed with the schnitzel, which was no bigger than a smartphone. Definitely just a snapshot. Otherwise highly recommended again.

We went back to Tacoma today after a long time. Unfortunately this visit was our last. First of all, the prices for hamburgers on the board do not match reality, they are more expensive. In order to be able to understand this when paying, we wanted to have a receipt. Unfortunately, this was not possible. At most there would be a receipt but no receipt. Then we did the math again at home and found that we had paid too much. When we called, to clarify, it was not explained to us in a particularly friendly manner that 2 servings of double curry sauce including bowls cost 6 euros. According to the current price list, this costs 0.70 euros per portion, i.e. twice twice 2.80 euros plus plastic bowls. Despite this revelation, we still paid too much. The last dialogue was even more unfriendly and was: Come and get your money, I've got the place full. After this experience, an era of 40 years of Tacoma is coming to an end. Fortunately, there are other good and friendly options for dining.

We called 30 minutes in advance and requested a table. This was reserved for us and all employees were informed when we arrived. During the entire visit we were served very politely, attentively and in a friendly manner. We felt very comfortable. The food was delicious and, despite many orders, arrived at the table very quickly. The children have named Tacoma's snack bar their new favorite. Both the side salads and the schnitzel tasted better than those from other excursion restaurants.

Super delicious burgers with a difference. Inside there is still the atmosphere of the past. Nice that it stayed that way.

Very good exceptional butter and very tasty schnitzel. Can only be recommended ☺️
